Article 1 – Price

  • The prices are per room for one night and include:

  • The breakfast

  • The supply of linen of bed

  • The supply of bathroom linen (except wash gloves)

Article 2 – Reservation

The reservation is worth acceptance of the present general conditions of rent.

Article 3 – Payment

Article 4 – Cancellation by the customer

  • Any cancellation must be notified as soon as possible by telephone andconfirmed by an e-mail.

  • If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

  • If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

  • In case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

  • Stay shortens: The owner acquires the full amount corresponding to the cost of the reserved stay initially booked.

Article 5 – Cancellation by the owner

The owner reserves the right to cancel a stay, it does not mean that the customer can take advantage of an appeal in repair of the damage possibly undergone. The customer will be informed about it as soon as possible by telephone. This call will be confirmed by a mail sent to the address supplied by the customer.
The owner makes a commitment to help the customer to find an accommodation of replacement in his network, without obligation of results.

The owner reserves the right to end the stay in case of deterioration in the rooms or in case of neighborhood’s complaint. The owner acquires the entire price of the stay and the expenses of restoration will be charged to the customer.

Article 6 – Arrival
The arrivals are possible until 10:00 pm (different schedules on request). The customer will have to warn the owner of any delay on the planned schedule.

Article 7 – Departure
The customer will have to free the room at the latest at 10:30 am the day of the departure.

Article 8 – Use of guest house
The customer will have to respect the family purpose of the house and make use of it in compliance with it. The configuration of the house is not adapted for the persons in situation of handicap or with reduced mobility.

For hygiene and safety reasons, animals are not admitted in rooms and in the house generally (particular case for dogs having function of guide for blind persons). If the customer appears with an animal (except the particular exception above), the reservation will be cancelled and the totality of the price of the stay is acquired to the owner.

For the tranquillity of the other customers, the owners and their family, the customer makes a commitment to respect the silence before 8:00 am in the morning and after 10:00 pm in the evening.

The house is completely non-smoking.

Rooms are praised in a perfect state of cleanliness.
The customer makes a commitment to return rooms in good condition.
In case of degradation, the customer makes a commitment to pay off the expenses of restoration on production of an invoice by the owner.

The cleaning is made every day from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
For an upper stay of 7 days, the linen of bed (fitted sheet and pillow cases) and the bathroom linen are changed in the middle of the stay.

Article 9 – Capacity
If the number of customers exceeds the number planned in the reservation, the owner is entitled to refuse the additional customers however, it does not mean that it is considered as a cancellation by the owner. The totality of the price of the stay remains entirely due.

Article 10 – Breakfast
Breakfasts are served from 7:30 am till 9:00 am during the week and from 8 :30 and 10 :00 am during the week-end (different schedules on request).
